Nursery fee structure 2026
0-1 year olds : all meals, snacks, drinks, toiletries and suncream required whilst in our care are completely free of charge and supplied at zero/ £0 cost to our customers as these are a complimentary privilege for use within the nursery
We are open all year round, closing only on Public Holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year
Opening hours 7:20am – 6:30pm
0-1 year old hourly rate
For all hours outside any accessed Free Early Years Education government funding
£9.21 per hour
2, 3 & 4 year old hourly rate - term time only
30 HouRS PER WEEK FUNDING = FREE
For all hours outside any accessed Free Early Years Education government funding
£10.76 per hour
Please note all fee paying and funded sessions are subject to availability.
Free Early Years Education sessions 8:30am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday term time only. We ask that parents supply all their child needs throughoout these sessions
The nursery reserves the right to make discretionary amendments to the Free Early Years Education session provision schedule at its discretion
Entitlement to a Free Early Years Education and Childcare place does not offer a guarantee of a place or a particular pattern of delivery
Free Early Years Education government funding is accessed over 38 weeks only
Bank holidays and the period of closure between Christmas and New Year do not form part of our fee structure
A registration fee of £216 is payable for each child for whom a place is required. Once the place has been confirmed the registration fee is non-refundable - this fee does not apply to those children who only access a totally Free Early Years Education place
Nursery fees are payable by the 10th of each month of care ie January care due by 10th January. The nursery reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of £30 for each due payment that is not delivered by the 10th of each month
Children must be collected promptly at the end of their session. It is regretted, but additional charges will be levied for children who are not collected on time. This charge is set at £10 for every 5 minutes past collection time
The nursery reserves the right to make amendments to fee charges either periodically or at any time the nursery feels is necessary to maintain sustainability and by giving our customers notice
Notice of termination - to withdraw your child from the Nursery we require six weeks written notice
Ad-hoc care may be provided at the nursery’s discretion and will be charged at the hourly rate stated above
